Onde-onde are one of the traditional kuih in Malaysia (kuih is term for Malaysian cakes and pastries). They are made from sweet potato and glutinous rice flour. They are infused with pandan juice and filled with palm sugar and then rolled in some fresh grated coconut. The palm sugar that’s in it literally bursts in your mouth when you take a bite.
